WooCommerce Sync for QuickBooks Online, by MyWorks Software, provides a powerful integration between your WooCommerce store and Quickbooks and takes care of all your accounting needs. You can sync data automatically between the two, such as orders, inventory, customer information, payments, transaction fees, and more. The plugin also provides additional compatibility with 25+ WooCommerce extensions. Note: The plugin requires a MyWorks forever free launch or paid plan to connect to QuickBooks Online.
This piece of software was initially published by its owner in September of 2018. It is now on version 2.6.0 and last saw a revision on August 11th, 2022. The most recent release works on WordPress 6.0.2 and requires at least PHP 5.6 to work on your server. This plugin is actively running on over 6,000 WordPress websites. It has had over 74,820 downloads. There have not been many assistance requests from users. Reviews for this plugin are very positive. Many of the customers who left a review found this plugin to be great.

The free version will do the job if you need to manage just 30 orders a month. But, if you have a higher volume, you will need to purchase one of the three premium plans – basic, standard, and premium. The basic plan costs $10 a month and provides syncing for up to 200 orders. The standard plan costs $20 monthly and provides up to 1000 orders. The premium plan costs $30 and provides up to 2500 orders. If you have additional orders, it will cost you $0.05 per order.
